Meals that actually hit your macros

AI proposes. A deterministic engine verifies every gram, and shows its math.

Chicken, rice & broccoli pot

40P / 40C / 20F, tuned by the engine

  1. 01

    Never an AI guess

A model only proposes. A deterministic engine recomputes and tunes every gram, then shows each adjustment.

  2. 02

Point your camera at any label

iPhone reads the label live, on the device. Android photographs it. Either way you see what was read.

  3. 03

Built from your kitchen, tuned to your body

Meals start from foods you own, and targets follow your weigh-ins.

The engine shows its math

Never an AI guess.

A language model only proposes the recipe. A deterministic engine recomputes the nutrition of every ingredient and tunes the grams until the meal lands on your split, then shows you each adjustment in plain language. Verified to within 1% of your targets, and when a meal can’t get there, it tells you exactly how far off it is instead of pretending.

Label capture

Point your camera at any nutrition label.

Label scanners are everywhere. Ours reads the whole package, not just a barcode, with a deterministic parse you can audit and arithmetic that checks itself. What happens to the picture depends on the device, so here it is plainly:

iPhone
Live, real time. Point the camera and the label is read on the phone. Frames are analyzed and dropped: never uploaded, never recorded.
Android
Photo of the label, or a barcode scan. The photo is sent to a vision model to read the panel and is not retained. Android is in a closed test first.
Web
Photo of the label. Same photo flow as Android, same “not retained” rule.

Full panel, not just a barcode

Reads the whole nutrition panel, the ingredient list, and the package text.

A parse you can inspect

Deterministic extraction, field by field. You see exactly what was read before it is saved.

Math that checks itself

Captured macros are cross-checked against the printed calories before anything is saved.

Any brand, including small ones

The label is the source, so local and small-brand foods that barcode databases miss still work. On iPhone it needs no network at all.

Plan, plate, progress

Built from your kitchen, tuned to your body.

Not another recipe database. MacroCrafted starts from the foods you actually own and keeps your targets honest as your body changes.

Assemble from what you own

Build a meal from the foods you have actually scanned and stocked, in real, buyable serving units.

Plan the week from your pantry

Multi-batch weekly plans that use up what you have and minimize what you waste.

Targets that keep up with you

Your macro targets recalibrate from your weigh-in history — not a one-time formula.

One pot, two portions

Cook once at one macro ratio and split it by appetite. From the example pot above (1135 g):

  • Eater A, 550 kcal478 g
  • Eater B, 750 kcal652 g

One Plus subscription covers a household of two.

Choose how you prep

Every recipe carries a prep mode, so the portions and storage match how you actually cook.

  • Cook and eat now. Make one meal and eat it fresh. No portioning or storing needed.
  • Batch cook for the week. Cook once, split into containers, and keep them in the fridge for the next few days.
  • Batch cook and freeze. Cook once, split into containers, and freeze them. Thaw and reheat on the days you want them.
  • Freezer kits. Prep the raw ingredients into freezer bags now, then cook each bag straight from frozen later.

For smaller appetites

On a GLP-1? Smaller meals, full macros.

When your appetite shrinks, protein is the first thing to slip, and the hardest to catch back up. MacroCrafted builds meals that hit your protein floor at the portion you can actually finish, and verifies every gram.

Smaller meals, done right

Why macros matter

Your body runs on macronutrients.

Protein builds and repairs muscle tissue. Carbohydrates fuel performance and recovery. Fats regulate hormones and support cellular health. When your macro balance is off, your results suffer.

Precision determines outcomes.

If you're cutting fat, gaining muscle, or maintaining performance, small macro deviations compound over time. A 5–10% drift each meal can mean thousands of calories off target per month.

Not all bodies need the same split.

Athletes, strength trainers, endurance competitors, and anyone on a restricted diet all require different macro balances. MacroCrafted ensures your specific targets are actually met — not approximated.

When precision isn't optional

Different goals demand different splits. All of them demand accuracy.

Fat Loss & Recomposition

Precise protein targets preserve muscle while a controlled deficit drives consistent, sustainable fat loss.

Muscle Gain

Hit exact surplus targets with the right protein-to-carb ratio to fuel hypertrophy without excess fat gain.

Athletic Performance

Endurance and power athletes need carb-timing precision. Verified meals ensure your fuel matches your training.

Restricted Diets

Low sodium, high protein, restricted fat — tight constraints demand accuracy that guessing can never provide.

Three steps to a verified meal

01

Set your targets

Define your macro split, calories, and dietary preferences.

02

Scan or paste what you have

Point your camera at labels and barcodes, or paste a list. Lock anything you want fully used.

03

Get a verified meal

A complete recipe with precise grams, the engine’s adjustment steps, and cooking instructions.

Not approximately close. Not rounded. Verified.

Every macro number is recomputed by the engine, never taken on faith.

Why macro verification matters

Most meal planners round to the nearest 5%. Over a week, those small deviations compound into hundreds of misallocated calories. MacroCrafted recalculates every ingredient to the gram — within 1% of your plan, or it tells you exactly how far off it is.

Why guessing fails

Eyeballing portions and trusting generic labels leads to invisible drift. A tablespoon of olive oil can swing your fat macro by 5%. Our system removes ambiguity by locking ingredient weights to numbers the engine recomputes — never estimates.

Why this tool exists

We built MacroCrafted because no tool let us start from real ingredients and receive a mathematically verified meal. Not approximately close. Not rounded. Verified. If your goals depend on precision, your tools should deliver it.
