Account details (email), the profile and macro targets you set, and the recipes, weigh-ins, and ratings you save. We process the ingredients you enter to generate meals.

How we use it

To provide and improve the product: generating recipes, computing nutrition, and keeping your targets accurate over time. We do not sell your personal data.

Third parties

We use service providers for hosting, the backend database, and AI generation. Nutrition lookups use public data sources (USDA FoodData Central, Open Food Facts).
